Avi Magid, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Avi Magid was appointed Chief Executive Officer in July 2010. Avi Magid joined Margan after four years with Nova Measuring Instruments as an Executive VP, Global Business Management Group and thirteen years at Kulicke & Soffa as managing director and vice president. In both companies Avi held several key positions. A versatile executive with excellent international experience in sales, business development and large scale manufacturing operations, Avi took a leading role in several of Nova and K&S business development. |

Eyal Cohen, Chief Financial Officer Eyal Cohen is an experienced and seasoned business professional with over 18 years of experience in finance and business development in high-technology companies. Mr. Cohen started his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he worked for seven years as a Senior Manager. Following that, Mr. Cohen served as CFO in several high-technology companies such as Kardan Technologies - a public company traded at the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, focusing on investments in the high-tech sector, InfoGin, a world leader in providing mobile browsing solutions and Odysii Technologies - a world leader in software solutions for marketing intelligence at the point of sale. Mr. Cohen also served as VP business development in AOL's ICQ. Mr. Cohen is a certified public accountant in Israel and holds a BA in accounting and finance from the College of Management in Israel. |

Dave Gatti, VP Sales North America Dave Gatti brings over 30 years of power plant, cement and mineral processing industry sales, marketing and business development experience to Margan. His experience includes posts as Vice President of Sales for Powerplant Maintenance Specialists, a provider of comprehensive construction services for electrical generation facilities, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Quadtek, a developer of high temperature digital imaging and control systems, and Director of Worldwide Sales for Gamma-Metrics, a developer of on-line coal, cement and mineral processing elemental analyzers and process control systems. Dave earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1975 and a M.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee in 1977. |

Dan T. Fuchs Ph.D,[Dan Fuchs] Ph.D. VP R&D Dan brings to Margan experience from academic institutions and industrial companies. Prior to joining Margan, Dan was a Product and Project Manager of diamond laser cutting line at Sarin Technologies. Prior to that, he was Head of the Physics group in Spectrum Dynamics (a nuclear medicine company). Previously, Dan worked for Negevtech (Automatic Optical Inspection of semiconductors), as a physicist. Earlier in his career, Dan was a Member of the Technical Staff in Bell Labs, Lucent Technologies, Murray Hill, NJ where he conducted MEMS and Waveguide research for four years. Before that, Dan was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) researching Semiconductors Spin Physics using Ultrafast Optics. Dan earned his Ph.D. and M.Sc. in Physics from the Wiezmann Institute of Science and his B.Sc. in Physics and Math from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem |
